How to permanently delete your account and data
You can delete your Cramly account directly within the app. Follow these steps:
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

| Flashcard progress | Deleted immediately |
| Streaks and scores | Deleted immediately |
| Achievements | Deleted immediately |
| Leaderboard entries | Deleted immediately |
All user data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. We do not retain any personal data after deletion. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for service improvement purposes.
If you want to start fresh without deleting your account, you can use the Reset Account option in the Danger Zone. This clears your progress but keeps your account active.
